Ordering was easy and quick. The added costs of handling and delivery pushed my purchase price higher than I had anticipated. Floral arrangement did not get delivered by the expected date, even though my order was turned in more than 24 hours before delivery. So my 90 year old aunt missed getting flowers on her birthday. I suppose this is a consequence of working with local floral shops that get inundated with online purchases and have not enough staff to kick them out on time. Next order I guess I need to turn my request in days ahead if I am to expect a timely delivery.

I ordered a lovely funeral stand with lilies for the services of a dear friend since I could not attend. Instead of the funeral spray they delivered a tabletop 'bouquet' of rose's and cheap carnations with a tired bow that had seen better days. I've seen nicer bows on Christmas gifts. A real disappointment and frankly an embarrassment that such a cheap display arrived with my name on it. Would rather they had delivered NOTHING
