The flowers were very pretty, but not quite as the ones that I had ordered.
The delivery was beautiful! The flower shop was great - I made a mistake on the delivery address and they called me to correct. My mom loved her birthday flowers!
The wreath was much smaller than I had expected, and the wreath was much more sparsely filled with flowers when compared with the photo of the upgraded wreath I paid for, and the banner was very poorly made and was not easily readable because it was detached from the ribbon.
This is the 3rd time I have order flowers from you. Every time the flowers have been beautiful and arrived when expected. This site has made thing much easier for me.

When I picked out the flowers, the price said $27.99. I got to the checkout and they were $34.99. And shipping is outrageous, but they were delivered on time so that was a plus.

The arrangement seemed a little "skimpy" but it was ok and she loved it.
The arrangement was expensive and thankfully my delivery charge was subtracted or I wouldn't have ordered them. I was disappointed to see the fee for same day delivery when I ordered them tha night before. I felt like I was 'nickel and dimed to death'.
The arrangement I ordered was nothing like the picture I chose. If the flowers are not available for the time of year then that particular arrangement should not be one of the choices.

Both orders were for gifts to my Aunt's. We don't live in the same area so I did not get to see the arrangements but both of my Aunts called and said they were beautiful.
The picture showed the flowers as being all pink. That was what I wanted. The flowers were not all pink but my daughter said they were pretty anyway. That is the only complaint I had. Everything else was good.
