I've bought from you many times and have never been disappointed. My granddaughter received her flowers and loved them. The only thing that I noticed was that I thought I had ordered the flowers with a Mason jar vase because that was different but she received the flowers in a regular vase. So I was a little disappointed. But was happy she loved the flowers and they were beautiful. She sent a picture. But I still will order from you again because they were still beautiful!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
