The amount was different from what was first shown. It went from $31.99 to $53.00 I was getting emails showing i had $14.99 coming to me. Not showing here. I was disappointed in how few flowers

I had same day delivery and it was delivered on time. Quality roses- my mother in law loved them. They were long stems. Card also delivered. Very good experience although the online tracker was not updated showing flowers were out for delivery, it turned out ok.

Not satisfied with the delivery time 8:30 at night who does that...paid a lot of money 2nd order that day but this one should of not been so costly and again the time it was delivered unacceptable.

It is difficult to say how satisfied I was with the products received since it was a basket that was sent to a friend recuperating from surgery. However, that being said, she said it was a beautiful basket so I have to assume everything that was promised was, in fact, received by her.
