Have ordered three times in the past month from this site. All beautiful arrangements that arrived on time. Extremely good selection. Only drawback is signature line on the card does not allow for multiple names.

The picture definitely does not match the product that's delivered. I was expecting only fruits but there were snacks and juice in there as well, which is cute and all and my friend enjoyed it but not what I thought she'd be getting.

No where did I see that there would be a $14.99 service and handling fee. I saw the $2.99 same day weekend fee and that seemed reasonable. $14.99 is not reasonable

After receiving the order, the bear was not the size shown but much smaller and was then told by the florist that they were not told by you what size bear they were supposed to send and that it was my fault for using an order gatherer like you.
