The product ordered looked nothing like what was received. I ordered a bouquet of a dozen red roses but got a bouquet of 6 red roses mixed with 6 red flowers.

Our friend received her birthday flowers and I am happy with my purchase. She sent a picture when thanking us or I really wouldn't know how to review the purchase! They don't look much like the picture I chose, and the bouquet is a little smaller than I what I was hoping for, BUT they are beautiful, she DID receive them, and it WAS a very easy shopping experience. I'll more than likely use From You Flowers again!

Fast easy good selection
I ordered a gift basket for same day delivery on a Friday. I gift basket never arrived. I then received an email that stated that my order will be delivered on Monday. The basket NEVER arrived again! I called again and was told it will arrive Tuesday... not holding my breath. Im very disappointed. Never using this company again, save yourself the hassle and don't use them either.
I ordered a funeral arrangement. Because the service was at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday, I was afraid the arrangement wouldn't be delivered on time. So I called the funeral home to ask if I could have it delivered the day before, and they said that was fine. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the arrangement was. I will definitely use FromYouFlowers.com again in the future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
