Easy to use site. Flowers I chose offered 3 pricing options. I chose the best and most expensive version. I wanted the flowers to look full not a lot of space between flowers. They were delivered and looked like the cheapest option available. They were embarrassing and looked like an arrangement a school child had just thrown in a vase. I called a number of times during the day as they had not come and it was after 3pm on Saturday. Earlier I was told the florist employees were trying to contact the owner. To me that means he didn't leave the order to be filled. After three there was no answer at florist per customer service. I ordered this 5 days in advance so there would be no problem Clearly owner of florist did not prepare for my order as it was small and looked like it was literally thrown together with whatever they had laying around. To know what it looked like just compare your least expensive to your best. I paid for best and got the least. Your company should be embarrassed too.
Flowers looked nice, but could have been arranged better.
I thought the flowers chosen were less expensive than what I pd for, the basket was nice but inexpensive flowers were used.

The first delivery to the business was wrong (wrong flowers). The 2nd delivery which was to go to her
House, went, instead back to the business address. And those flowers weren't as nice as those pictured on the website.

Florist didn't deliver!. You might want to use another vendor next time.
I knew I wanted to send flowers. Ut I procratinated until the last minute. Nonetheless, I got in under the wire, the flowers were delivered with their 'Same Day Service' and appreciatively revived. Thanks!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
