This makes the 4 th time for using your services. Recipients have all sent me pictures of product and the of their freshness. Thus far reports have been favorable. When this 4 th order arrived, the receipient sent a picture and said they were fresh and beautiful. But that is not exactly like I ordered. Ordered whilte and pink flowers in a pink vase Flowers were multi colored in a purple vase.
It was supposed to arrive on Wed. January 23rd did not receive till Thursday late around 5 pm. It was a birthday present her birthday was on the 23rd not 24th when it came. Not happy with late delivery at all.
Very satisfied. The flowers were beautiful. It was easy to choose an arrangement as the pictures and descriptions were available. It would be nice to see the total, including delivery, before the final check out.
This is our second rating of your service after your response. We thought that we had directly selected a florist near the hospital that we wanted the products to be sent to and we placed both items on the same order, thus we expected one delivery charge. We were unaware that this is a third party on-line service until after the order was placed.
To be fair, the discount did fulfill our price expectation, so we are satisfied and our rating is now 5 stars.

It was easy to shop online however the shipping fee was way too much! BY the time I paid sales tax, shipping and handling the fees were almost 1/2 of the amount of the flowers.

This is the second time I've ordered flowers from this company. Very good experience. The only issue I had this time was that the flowers seemed too tall for the vase. It was a gift for my daughter so I only saw a picture. The photo vase was beautiful.
I ordered purple roses, got pink. They looked nothing like what I ordered. My Daughter lives in a different state and she sent me a photo of what she got. I wanted something special for her since she had back surgery. The arrangement was straggley and sparse when put in the vase that I also had to pay extra for. Absolutely did not look anything like the advertisement. I've ordered several times from you, and this will probably be my last time.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
