I have ordered three times from them. The first two times I sent two mother's day orders the same day. After more than an hour to pick out the right color scheme for each person, the flowers received by each were nothing like what was ordered. I contacted them no response back.
I ordered again yesterday and paid via paypal. The amount charged change by more than $10 I contacted them again. I received responses, but it is like they do not speak English because they did not answer my problem even after 2 more follow ups. I paid extra for same day delivery and my recipient received today.
Waste of time, you don't get what you pay for, don't expect it to be close, and they will not respond and remedy the problems.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
