Considering there was a blizzard in Colorado Springs and the delivery was a day late because of weather. The flowers are beautiful and they were brought to my Mom's house pretty fast once the roads opened up. Will use this service again.
Quick and easy
I ordered a wreath of flowers for my sisters funeral. Since it is a morning funeral, I requested it be delivered the day before. Well it got there two days early, which means the flowers will be wilted and unusable the day of the funeral. I also requested a "sister" banner which was nowhere on the wreath. I will never use them again and will make sure that none of my friends do either.
Ordering from United Kingdom for delivery to Fishersville VA, I found it difficult to find information in the drop down boxes
Since these were sent to my sister-in-law in sympathy, I did not personally view the plant(s); however, she sent me a photo. What she received was much smaller and contained fewer plants than the picture that was provided with my order. Why the discrepancy?

Your prices are misleading. I didn't expect the $15.00 fee on top of the cost, and the "20%" discount never really came off the price.It was marked $29.99 before I ever chose the order. I didn't want to have to "undo" everything, so I am going with you this once. But misleading businesses won't get a second order from me.
