I am overall quite satisfied with the service as well as the products. I have been a returning customer, and the delivery most of the time was on time, except last years'. Although the company did apologize and gave me a certificate to apply towards my future transactions. I can safely recommend the company, at least in Raleigh/Cary, NC.

Although I specified the bouquet to be delivered 2 days before her birthday, the bouquet was delivered over a week before her birthday.
I opted for the deluxe bouquet, however, the photo my friend sent me was not the deluxe bouquet. It appeared to be a small version of the standard bouquet. While the flowers were beautiful and delivered early in the day, I am disappointed with the size. Next year I will find a different gift for my friend's birthday.

I thought I was sending the arrangement that a saw on line. The box she received didn't look anything like that. The cacti looked brown and not very healthy. I just hope they live through the week.
My mother received the flowers and they were beautiful. The next day her table was covered with ants. This continued for three days. She called the florist and said that it was impossible because ants are dormant in winter. That may be true but once they are in the warm house they become active again. She Calle the florist back and he told her to enjoy them by putting them outside!
My mom said the florist told her for me to call him and he would refund the money, he would not do it. Could you please contact them and possibly get my money returned?

For $30 arrangement and left to florist creativity, I was disappointed with the arrangement my daughter received for her birthday. There was only one rose among the flowers. Any local grocery store might have a better choice of flowers and a great amount of them for much less the money. I should have picked one of the provided picture arrangements.

Tried to Change order to a bigger arrangement and not include the bear but your site would not allow. And it didn't ask if this was a hospital address.
