I'd never ordered flowers from an online site before, and this was quick and easy to do. I liked that I could use PayPal, and I was impressed by the variety of choices shown. The flowers arrived on time, and the delivery man was friendly and professional.
However, the bouquet that was delivered wasn't what was pictured on the site. Granted, it was similar, and my mom still enjoyed the surprise, but I was disappointed in the flowers, especially for the amount of money I spent. Next time I need to send flowers, I will take the extra time to find and call a local florist myself.
The reason I am not giving you the highest rating is because you did not say up front that there was a delivery charge. It was on last page. I did not place order and left the site. Then I got an e-mail offering free delivery so I took that. I am now very pleased, as long as the flowers arrive as ordered and are nice.

Quick and easy; per my mother in law the flowers initially looked wilted (alstroemeria) but came back to life pretty good.

Order Delivered on time and recipient was extremely pleased. I live in another state so I did not able to personally see the arrangement; however, she sent a photo and it is beautiful. I bit pricey; however, I will likely use again due to ease of ordering and the response from the recipient.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
