The process was simple and the bouquet is not quite open today but I'm sure by tomorrow will be beautiful. My only problem with the whole experience is the inability to have special instructions. I wanted to include peach roses as thatvare her favorite but I got red roses (not in the original picture). They are amazing quayand they didn't disappoint. But I would like the ability to personalize within reason.
Ordering was easy simple and fast many choices to choose from thank you for making this easy for me.

I have purchased flowers from you in the past and have had a great experience, how ever the flowers (tulips) showed up closed and she was so excited to see them open. They wilted before the ever opened. Not very satisfied with those tulips at all as they did not end up at all what they should of been.
Delivered what was purchased, a few nickel and dime fees that should be included with the price up front.
The order was incorrect... my friend recieved a big accomplishment in her career so I sent her a congratulations bouquet with congrats ballon... what do they deliver... a happy birthday ballon when the order shows nothing but congrats details... there's even a congrats ballon in the picture for the order... I did call and received a small refund but if definitely was a waste of money and embarrassing for my friend to recieve that when her birthday is no where near.
Since I have an account I will be consistently buying flowers from your company! The flowers came a day late because of inclimate weather they were a little stuck together but overall it was worth the money. You would be paying 80 bucks elsewhere for a dozen of these Roses. Glad I found them at such a good price!

I ordered a specific arrangement for my daughter as a get well gift. It was an expensive arrangement and I spent a lot of time picking out the exact bouquet I wanted her to have.
I received an email stating they'd have to make substitutions because the florist didn't have what was needed for the arrangement I ordered. I was assured it was a very minor substitution and somewhat disappointed, I agreed.
The arrangement my daughter received looked nothing like what I ordered and I'm very disappointed with the whole experience. I won't use this flower service again.
