Service and Handling is an outrageous price. Not only is it extremely expensive, but you are requesting an extra $4.99 to guarantee delivery within the next 4 hours! This is absurd, can't you just guarantee delivery in a reasonable amount of time without charging customers an arm and a leg? I will not be ordering from this site again.

Good selection and prices. I have been using fromyouflowers.com for years and have been extremely happy with their service and the final product. However; the past couple of times that I have used them, the final product hasn't been quite what I ordered and this last order that I made was nothing like what I ordered and I was not happy at all. Not sure if I will be returning as a customer.

The prices were a bit high but the selection was good. I know substitutions might be made, but I especially was attracted to the yellow vase that was listed and displayed for the Sunny Smiles bouquet that I ordered for my mom's 96th birthday since it is her favorite color. Unfortunately, the vase was substituted with a plain clear glass one. Also the bouquet arrived a day late, which I guessed was probably because the weather was icy and dangerous in that area that day, but it would have been nice to receive some kind of notification and apology for the lateness. Also, there is an option to have care instructions emailed to the recipient, but no option to have a hard copy given to them since my mom doesn't use email. I hope she received some kind of care instructions. In the end though, my mom loved her flowers, which is what counts most.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
