The item that was received had more greens then flowers for the price that was paid. Ordered the deluxe arrangement and was very unsatisfied.

My daughter lives in Chicago and was the recipient of the flowers. She said the delivery person rang her to tell her he was outside her apartment and could she come down to collect her delivery as parking space was not available. She really appreciated that.

I sent the flowers to my daughter-in-law for her birthday and she loved them. She sent me a picture of them & they looked lovely.
Everything was great just as expected.
The fruit in the basket was not fresh. The bananas were already turning colors and the apples have bruises. Not what I was expecting at all. Not happy at all. Will not shop here again. However thanks for achieving a same day delivery order.
