I suppose they were delivered on time, that's not the problem. The flowers were not what was pictured online. Very disappointed. They looked like a sloppy version of what was pictured.

Fantastic service - I ordered the flowers at about 7am US time from the UK they arrived at about 1.30pm US time the same day they were in a lovely vase with very fresh flowers. I read all the terrible reviews after I ordered and was fearing the worst, thought I had wasted £40 but again amazing service thank you my daughter was thrilled.
Delivered as requested, very fresh and well coordinated flowers and balloons. Size seemed smaller than expected, but recipient was very happy.
