Luckily, I logged of the site for bit, then received an email and got the shipping for free or else I wasn't going to order from this site. Good thing I received the email.
Somewhat disappointed in selection, even though it is so big. Since I was ordering from another country, and I ordered a child's birthday gift of cookies with a teddy bear a couple of years ago, I would have liked to have been able to order the birthday cookie package and switch

I was told by email that the flowers had been delivered this morning. The website also said this. But they had not. I called (1 pm) and was told that there was an error and the flowers were out for delivery. They finally arrived at 4:30 pm.

I was very happy with how the arrangement turned out. It was pretty much identical to the picture! Very pleased!
For the price I thought the bouquet would be larger. Maybe add a selection for larger bouquets. You can't gauge from the photos unless in someone's hands. Sometimes you want to impress and find the largest with in a dollar limit.
Flowers were quite pretty, however all of them were fully open which means they will not last long so that is a disappointment. The delivery charge is too high

I paid for a custom vase and the vase was clear! No picture at all! The flowers were not bloomed at all! It's like I sent a grow your own arrangement. This was horrible. Never ordering from them again!
My overall shopping experience was good. The fact that I was able to view the arrangements in Regular, Deluxe & Premium form really helped my decision. I purchased this arrangement for a friend's birthday who did receive it as scheduled. As a customer I would've of liked my delivery confirmation to include a picture of the actual arrangement to ensure the recipient received what was actually ordered. That would be my only recommendation.

The ordering was very easy and quick. I like that they tell you that the flowers are definitely going to be delivered in a vase. I also like that they give you details about the standard, deluxe, and premium packages. I just ordered the flowers today so I hope that they arrive just as beautiful as I anticipate. Also, I was offered a free shipping coupon which made me very happy and more likely to shop with this company again.
Edit: After receiving the flowers, I am very impressed! I would spend more at the grocery store for a similar arrangement and I got these DELIVERED! I am super happy with my purchase.
