The delivery area is rather remote but and can only recieve certain items your company lists. I wish there could be a wider range of items to select from for delivery to the area.

What a joke!

My mother ordered a "surprise" bouquet for my birthday to arrive at my workplace around noon on my birthday. Around 12:30 my mother calls and asked if I had received anything and I tell her no. She calls and they explain the person is out for delivery right at that moment. Well about 3 ok rolls around and still nothing. My mom calls and they say they they're so sorry but can't deliver today but will upgrade her for free and deliver tomorrow with an apology note...
First problem: Why would someone order something and pay extra to have it delivered by a certain time if they were okay with the $#*!ing gift coming a day late, which by the way, isn't special AT ALL!
Second: it was a Tuesday... if this is a legit business you should know when you have hit your quota for deliveries that are able to deliveries within a specified amount of time... telling someone you're too busy after they already paid and offering an apology note is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
Third:
Not only did this happen to me in California but this same company did the same thing to my sister on her birthday. This company is a joke and a fraud.
This is supposed to be a business providing special gifts to people on special occasions. You made my mother cry because I have not seen her in nearly 2 years and she wanted to surprise me with something special for my 29th Birthday.

SHAME ON YOU FOR CALLING THIS A BUSINESS!

Same day ordering is a plus, ease of ordering is great!

I purchased a $39 item, I was offered 20% discount. In the shopping cart the item was $49.99 I did get the discount, but not from the original price. The original price changed from 39. To $49 when it applied the discount.

Very easy site to explore! When I ordered my gift no indication was given that it could not be delivered for the same day delivery. Anyway, email received later in the day that it would not be possible until the next day.

Your customer service for correcting this error was prompt and amazing! The note accepting responsibility for the late arrival and the upgrade was very much appreciated. I will definitely order again!
