Bouquet was smaller than expected for medium size which I ordered -expected more filler greenery than I saw in pix my niece sent me after delivery and delivery price higher than expected. In future I will call before ordering on line to check details with you. But I do appreciate follow through, etc.
Flower delivery was crazy fast! Kuddos for the quick response time and beautiful flowers. A little pricey for the size but can't really complain as I ordered same day. Would definitely use this service again.

The flowers were beautiful when they arrived. However they were not the colors that I had ordered but understanding that in this small town with one flower shop they probably did not have lavender flowers it was OK that they substituted. I was a little disappointed with the amount of flowers for $50. But my sister that received them thought they were wonderful Loved them. So that's the main thing.

I felt shocked to find out at the very end of the buying experience that there was a $14.95 service charge for buying from your site. I ordered from your site for the same day delivery service, only to be told at the end of the day that you failed to provide that service.
Everything was awesome. Fast delivery reasonable prices. Ordering was easy and would definetly use again and recommend to anyone.
I am very disappointed with the quality of service and product. Not only did the flowers arrive in the late afternoon when no one was home, but the flowers themselves were very underwhelming. Naturally, the recipient would never say she didn't love it, but the popular opinion is not so positive. I ordered a deluxe bouquet, but from what I understand, the vase is very small and skinny with few flowers. For a deluxe bouquet, expecting a full, manicured bouquet of flowers. However, the pictures I've seen show very unorganized, untrimmed flowers stuffed in a small vase. Unless the goal was wild English Garden, it looks like an absolute mess.
If this is deluxe, I can't imagine what the regular looks like. Unfortunately for me, I made my decision to purchase these flowers based on (very misleading) positive reviews.
I understand that I put my blind faith in a florist, but I expected more. I expected to get my money's worth. It looks like no effort was even made. I'd be surprised if it took 2 minutes to put this together.

Ordered flowers on Wednesday with a Friday delivery. My niece did not receive any flowers on her birthday. I was so frustrated and sad. I called FYF and was on hold for approximately 30 minutes just to be told they would have to call me back. It's now 5 days later and still no flower delivery or return call. I sent an email requesting that the order be cancelled since her birthday was several days ago. I also requested a full refund in out credit card. Currently, the order is cancelled. However, I'm still waiting on a refund. This business is horrible.
