The flowers were dead it was quite embarrassing and sad really. This was supposed to help someone feel better. Dead roses disappointing.
I had to place this order seven times to complete it. The first four I was unable to change delivery date. When I completed the order and received my receipt, you added $7.99 for a vase without my knowledge. I had to call by phone and you were unable to order again (after cancelling) because I wasn't putting it on Discover. I tried three more times (tot of 8, I guess) and had difficulty. I finally placed the order but may not order from you again. I was very satisfied in the past.
