My experience was quick and easy and reasonable priced and the delivery was perfect.
Ive used your buisiness several times and i am always satisfied. The bouquet of flowers received this time had so many flower buds that were not opened and made the bouquet look like a bunch of spring field grasses. I'm hoping once the buds open up it will look somewhat close to what I ordered and payed for.

The shopping experience was good, but the product delivered was terrible. It was nothing like the description and looked nothing like the image on the site. There weren't even 20 tulips as ordered. I have debated on actually notifying my credit card and disputing the charge as services received were not what I ordered. Would be happy to send a picture as proof...three or four of the tulips were old and open and peddles falling off. Terrible!
Very happy with the flowers that were sent and the delivery options are fantastic.

Misleading pricing. First there was no mention of delivery charges and I was offered 20% discount. Later I got an email for free delivery on the order but 20% discount was taken away. Then $4.99 if before 12PM and finally another $2.99 for something. Too much nickel and dime. I was about to give up then I thought so much time already went in.
