One of my items that I ordered was nothing at all like the picture on the website.
Quick and easy. It was exactly as described and chocolates we're delicious.
Picking out the perfect flowers was simple and checkout was so easy! I price shopped and this site was the best! Friend revived the flowers the next day at noon and was so happy! I would 100% recommend and use again!

The fees are misleading. The price that I was expecting wasn't what I paid. I didn't know the total price until the end. I don't like that. I only continued because I am pressed for time. Next time I will shop somewhere else.
The arrangement did not look like one shown but had more flowers. I did order the deluxe arrangement. My friend loved it so that is what matters.

My order didn't look like what I ordered. There wasn't any yellow flowers, the vase should have been light green, it was white. The mylar balloon was a smiley face when it should have been "Thinking of You" - I was somewhat disappointed that I couldn't change the color of the balloons once I got to the invoice and that I couldn't go back and select the medium flower selection to offset the high processing fee. I wanted to stay around $60, but the total ended up at $85.00. The order wasn't delivered until almost 5:00. I was hoping it would be bright colored and cheerful for my friend/co-grandparent who has cancer. A smiley face balloon was inadequate, the "Thinking of you" balloon would have been much better. I think someone should have called me if the order wasn't going to be exactly like I ordered. I would have given higher survey ratings if you had only been honest with me with a courtesy call and the option to cancel my order rather than sending what you thought would work. :(
Unexpected costs and no confirmed discount of 20%!
I ordered an arrangement for a business associate's last day at her office (she is not at my company, and she is only an acquaintance from our two companies' relationship). They were not delivered that day, and I don't have contact information for her outside of work. When I called to cancel the order, it was not cancelled and they refused to give me a refund, as he said that he had to talk to the RECIPIENT because he said it showed that SHE was the cardholder!?!?! I let him know that my only option was to file a chargeback with my credit company, which I did.
The order was delivered the NEXT DAY and her office had to call her back when she was supposed to be taking time off, and it was not a pleasant situation to put her in. I also had to call my credit company upon finding out that the dang delivery was made after I requested to cancel and take back my dispute. I have never had this kind of an issue with your company, and I am more than disappointed with the customer service. It is understandable that sometimes a same-day delivery cannot be made, but that constitutes a phone call rather than an email that just gets lost. Also, the end of the day is not really an appropriate window of time for such notification.
I will no longer be ordering my arrangements with From You Flowers. It makes me really sad, since the products are good quality and I have been more than happy for 3 years with the service, and that is why I have used only them for my company deliveries in every city without any issues.
I did not think to order flowers being delivered to Kuna from a city closer to the city itself. Might that have made a price difference? Not sure.
I have ordered several times and my orders have always arrived on time and the product was as shown.

Take a picture of the flowers she received and the arrangement looked smaller then what the picture advertised. I did NOT chose the small size but I felt like the arrangement my daughter received was much smaller then the picture of the size on the website that I did choose. The arrangement was very pretty though and my daughter loved them.
Spoke with a Rep to have delivery time for 230pm so recieptant could receive at work flowers did not arrive until after business hours at 7pm. Flowers were dying by this morning from sitting at the front desk all night in the box. Will never buy again.
Very nice product and fast delivery. Really appreciate the turn around. It was my wife's 70th birthday, she is out of town, so it was doubly great to have the delivery on her birthday.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
