I didn't like the hidden 15 dollar shipping and service fee. I wish it was more visible before purchasing. Also, after getting my flowers, the arrangement was considerably smaller than I expected. I paid extra money for them to be upgraded but this arrangement was much smaller than expected and definitely not worth the value in my opinion.
My friend was over the moon with the flowers and the picture she sent of them looked delightful. Delivery was prompt as promised.
I chose this site because it said it could deliver in Anchorage, AK, within four hours. My first choice of an arrangement was around $45, but the website indicated that I needed to spend at least $49.99 for delivery in that area of Anchorage. I carefully selected an arrangement in the amount of $55.99. By the time I got to checkout, that price turned into $73.97! When my mother sent a photo of the flowers that were delivered, I was upset to see that it looked nothing like what I had ordered. It was much, much smaller, certainly much less than I expected from an arrangement that cost me close to $75.00. I realize things are a bit harder to come by in Alaska and things cost more, but this information needs to be made known to the customer up front. Supposedly I "saved" $14.00 on my order, but truth be told, the final cost was $14.00 more than I expected to pay. I would have ordered something completely different if I'd known what the end product would be. Lesson learned. I wish that I could upload the photos to show the difference.
Hoping that the arrangement and delivery are as beautiful and quick as reviews claim. Update: Delivery was not on time. I was refunded the same day upcharge, but wanted the flowers delivered the same day for a reason. Did not see the arrangement but the recipient said it was nice.
So far was pretty easy. Now I just have to wait & see that it gets delivered today. They were delivered as said. My mom said the basket was very nice. Apparently my sister in law uses your company all the time.

Did not see anything about shipping and handling until order ready. I would not have ordered a $40 item if it was going to be closer to $60. My sister DID enjoy the arrangement, so guess they were worth the money!

My friends and I wanted to surprise our friend for her birthday. Not only the service was charged for same day delivery, but there was an extra cost. On top of that the shop wouldnt proceed with the order unless we would call them! Nonetheless, the flowers never arrived to our friend. Contact info provided by the website werent able to be reached out. Would never ever use this service again! Its shameful to get peoples money for a service not provided and most of all it is horrible to mess someones good intentions of surprise just because you dont have the means to provide the service youve offered!
