I was very disappointed in the finished product. The flowers looked wilted and in comparisons to the other flower spreads from other florist it was embarrassing. The flowers did not look healthy or look like the picture in the order. It's too late now and this was and is the last time I will use your company.

After receiving a live plant delivery left outside in -20 weather with no phone call and found dead And on my second call to company I was helped most efficiently by company rep who handled the complaint and was delivered a live plant quickly and satisfactorily to my door while I was home.

The buying process is quite easy and simple. But then the problems began: the flowers were delivered at 8 PM when we took my mom, the birthday girl, out to dinner, and delivery came at 8 PM. So, no big deal; disappointing, but no big deal. Next day the flowers come. I paid the triple upgrade to get bigger bouquet. This was the SMALLEST vase bouquet I have ever seen. And the 3 balloons that I paid $3 a piece? About the size of a grapefruit, and half deflated ( hung down about half way up the room). Overall, good ordering experience, VERY DISAPPOINTING product!

My order was one day late. I selected and paid for same day delivery, but they were not delivered until the following day. If delivery time can not be honored, a refund should be given. Plus, it should show the exact processing & handling cost at the start of your order, NOT at the end. I almost didn't make my purchase for this reason. I hate surprise surcharges and typically do not make any purchase if I see this at check out.
For the price I paid for upgraded succulent option I was underwhelmed- maybe the picture didn't do it justice but it just seemed blah
Wasn't the same arrangement
I really liked that I could order a nice fruit basket and have it delivered the next day. And my sister loved it! The only thing that concerns me is right after I ordered my card was compromised and money was taken out of my account so the bank had me change my account. It was terrible and I have to wait till it goes thru channels to get money back n account.

The arrangement had some of the same flowers, but they were all bunched together and it looked nothing like the picture. I was not very happy.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
