As I was talking to my mom on the phone, me being from Canada and she being in PA, her doorbell rang and it was the flowers from me. She was so surprised and you could hear the happiness in her voice, it really made my day. Thank you very much.

Hefty handling charge was surprising. Your survey speak like I sent myself flowers? The flowers did not look similar to the photo I ordered from, and I was told they bouquet was very short. Hopefully it was fresh.
I was happy that it was the selection that I chose, but it was not the colors I expected. Pink flowers and ribbon for my son, I expected red as it was shown. Other than that it was good.
So my hubby received and loved his basket. The delivery attendant called me first to ensure that my hubby would be there to receive the basket. He told me that when they came with the basket he was surprised and they also said "Happy Birthday". He was happy, my son was happy and I was happy and pleased with the outcome.
Both arrangements were for my mothers memorial service the next day and neither looked like I expected for the price. I took the hit on the one but did call and voice my frustration on the other (picture showed a bunch of daisy's And mine had 6) so I got credited 14.00. So 60 for 6 Daisy's is pretty steep. And by the next day for the memorial service the arrangement I didn't complain about was wilted and the sunflowers were all ready dead. I have never ordered from here before and never will again considering they were not have to do more except credit me $14 towards the $120 I spent on two arrangements
Absolutely outraged that I was told at the end that you charge $14.99 for service and delivery. Ordered sunflowers got gerbers. Saw picture of flowers sent. Will contact company for refund.
These were 2 arrangements to celebrate twin nieces on winning a state gymnastics title. Hope the flowers score a 10!

The ordering process was very straightforward and simple. The flowers that were delivered were fresh and arrived at an appropriate time. The delivery updates were so helpful and I appreciated that I could track my order the entire shipment duration. Was a bit frustrated by how expensive delivery service was, but everything was delivered as expected and I am really happy with the service.

I paid extra to have the flowers delivered by noon the day of delivery and they were not. That got me nervous and was very anxious that the flowers may not be delivered in time. Luckily they were but not by the time I paid for so I'm out $10. The flowers are beautiful but the delivery time was not. Believe they got delivered 2.5 hours later than expected.
