I ordered this to arrive the same day, it did not and did not arrive the next day until I called and complained, very unsatisfied, the point was for the flowers to arrive the day I ordered them.
It was a beautiful arrangement. Didn't have any orange in it which the picture indicated. I imagine that is seasonal situation though.
I submitted request prior to delivery to update the name and message and it was sent with incorrect info.
It was a gift and it was delivered as expected and the recipient was pleased.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. The site showed that the date I selected (Saturday) was ok. The tag under the item I selected said "same day". I ordered late Friday and figured the flowers would show by late evening Saturday which I was ok with. It was a no-show. I did not get the flowers until Monday around 1pm. The flowers are amazing! I ordered the rose and orchid combo. Perhaps the beauty overrides the lateness lol. Disappointed in delivery time, but impressed by quality.

The same day delivery was the only thing I was able to appreciate from this experience. The arrangement I requested and paid for was night/day in comparison to what my loved one received. I paid for a fuller arrangement and she received a very small arrangement. The vase delivered was not even close to what was pictured on the website...it was RED not even clear, small and looked very poor in quality. I also paid for a GET WELL balloon and my aunt received a 99 cent solid red STAR balloon!? Terrible arrangement.
I will NEVER use Fromyouflowers.com again. I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered on a Sunday and I paid for early morning delivery because I know that she leaves for work at 11am, but Fromyouflowers missed the delivery date/time and never called my daughter or emailed me to tell me that they did not deliver as promised. It's Monday, one day after the booked date for delivery and Still no delivery. I called fromyouflowers customer service line and she said that they'll try again tomorrow morning before 11am. I'm not too confident that this will happen and I'll be lucky if her flowers ever get there this week! Pay more and order directly from a local NYC florist and save yourself the aggravation!
Extremely disappointed on delivery. I carefully planned delivery of this sympathy plant to coincide with family gathering to mourn the loss of a family member.
The weather was fine. Family lives 6 blocks from Woodlawn flower. Website said you would deliver in 2 1/2 hours.
So far it has been just fine. But since ordering is the easy side of this deal, I'm hoping the arrangement and delivery are as good.
