The checkout process and everything was fairly simple for being same day delivery. Or what was supposed to be same day! I ordered for my mother's birthday and they didn't arrive until the following evening! I was only reimbursed $3.17 for this error! Had i not been so busy at work i would have just cancelled! Would have been a lot happier if i at least felt valued as a customer and recognition of the error made and more done to correct it!

48 hrs late... no notification that there was a problem... not rectified until I followed up. I was given a free upgrade... the product looked like a cheap downgrade. Mother's bday present was ruined... late & unacceptable product. Don't believe anything about same day, within 4hr delivery!
