I wish I could show the picture! The flowers were wilted and the two white roses literally had brown colored curled edges. The smiley face cup was cute, but the flower freshness was subpar at best. Bummer!

The blue arrangement I ordered was supposed to have been in a "1-2-3-A-B-C" box which is why I ordered that particular arrangement. That arrangement was delivered in a dark box which was not at all with the theme I had envisioned. Big disappointment; however, the flowers were fresh.
I haven't seen the flowers because I am not the recipient. The flowers were delivered on Friday evening, AFTER the recipient left work which is almost an hour away from her home. Coworkers sent her pics but she won't see them until Monday. Was delivered too late. Hopefully will still be viable then. Disappointing she wasn't surprised on her birthday, especially considering the price I paid. :(

Update:. The flowers were received as promised. So, that makes me happy. The recipient says that are beautiful. I haven't seen them personally, but overall the experience was wonderful.
There was no mention of $14.95 service charge before the final order page-- this was disappointing.
Also, the flowers were delivered without a card showing who they were from!
