Delivery flowers were not what l ordered
The flowers that were received did not look like the ones I ordered. The vase was not even the one in the picture. I was extremely disappointed. Will never order again from you.
If I could give less then one star I would. What my mother received was no where near what I purchased in the picture. It was ridiculous I have pics to prove it. I really feel as though I should get my money back. This was a rip off. I have pictures which I can send if needed. I would really appreciate a refund it was a horrible and embarrassing.

The gift was for my granddaughter's 3 rd birthday. It arrived 2 days after the original delivery date. I'm not happy with this since I couldn't be there for her birthday. She did love the gift when she finally received it.
