Sister just received her succulent plant and she loves it. I did receive a 'deliver confirmation' email this morning that was actually asking me if it had been delivered but when I saw it said delivery confirmation I panicked and spent some time tracking the order since it had not been delivered. That feature could be updated so it is clear. Besides that happy with the service

I ordered stargazer lilies for their beauty and fragrance. The lilies that came were pretty but not stargazers.

Further, the delivery day was missed. I was not notified but knew only because I asked about their arrival.
Upon contacting you, was told delivery held because person was not in a part of the hospital that could receive flowers. (She was probably in the recovery room.). They should have inquired as to when she could receive them, then delivered.
Nevertheless, you said they could be delivered to her at home the next day. That would have been fine, but they were not delivered until the day after that. The arrangement when it came, was beautiful, except no sweet fragrance.

I thought I had ordered something special for my 16th anniversary. A large lovely vase of roses, but what my wife got was something that my 10 year old could have done by herself and probably even better. It was sorely disappointing to see red roses and red carnations stuffed into a vase that probably took less than a minute to do. No arrangement, and just disappointing. The bear and the balloons were just okay. Sorry, but will not order from here again. I would choose a better flower shop to represent your company. The delivery time was great though.
I didn't think I should have paid 14.99 delivery fee for one mile down the road.delivery fee yes but not that much, I see I have a 12.95 credit coming but that is not going to help me in any way shape or form and to use it in two weeks I just don't order flowers that often, I think it should have been put back on my card.will I use this services again? Probably not just because your delivery fee is to high.

I ordered the regular and your system keeps toggling the order to the deluxe. I won't be using this again. The $15 service charge on top of everything else makes it NOT cost effective.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
