Excellent,would have liked to choose a ribbon color

I was very disappointed in the size of the arrangement. Embarrassed actually.

It was quick and easy. Hopefully the product is ok

I had them delivered and the person I sent them to got them late in the afternoon and said they looked dead. I had some delivered by Pro Flower recently to the same person and she said there flowers looked fresher. Plus I was hoping to have them delivered earlier in the day not around 5 PM. Not very happy.

Not a very big bunch for the money.

My friend received these flowers today in celebration of her upcoming birthday

As beautiful as the arrangement is, I'm fearful that she will only be able to enjoy them for a very brief time as the roses themselves are fully opened.

The flowers looked better on the picture

So simple and same day delivery. I was able to be spontaneous and not break the bank. Within 3 hours of ordering them they where delivered. I was 3 states away and was able to surprise my lady.

Would be nice to have a spot for special instructions. I tried entering additional information for delivery and the character number stopped me. Entering a hospital of 900 beds should have area to put info regarding dept if employee or verify a patient. Also after delivery, I was sent a picture and was disappointed that arrangement didn't look as large or as nice as portrayed in picture. Thanks for listening.

Have already filed concerns. The description and photos showed roses received alstroemerias and carnations. Understand substitute when some flowers unavailable but really no roses. And light pink carnations in red and orange arrangement. So unattractive. Will go elsewhere next time

Shipping was too much Then they took it off and made my purchase more affordable loved it thats great business

Delivery fees should be included prior to final review of order. The flowers looked nothing like the picture. I am really disappointed and will never use your service again
