The flowers that arrived were not nearly as nice as they were shown online. The bouquet was considerably smaller tgan shown. They tack on a $14 handling fee that makes it less affordable than advertising shows. Overall, I was disappointed.
I was not satisfied with the service. I originally had 30% off and didnt order at first, then I get an email stating I was given free delivery and went back to order. After I ordered realized they took off the 30%. I called they said that they don't do that. So to say the least, yes I got free shipping but took away my discount so did I really get free shipping NO!

I had ordered funeral flowers previously and received a 'credit' on a future purchase. It's unfair to offer a 'credit' after a large purchase and then realize it can't be used to purchase items on sale. It's not really a credit then, it's a discount.
Also, I received an email that the current flowers ordered for a special occasion were delivered but they were NOT. It took a long time to get ahold of someone to figure out why. (You only have the option of an email or going through the 'order flowers' option.) I was told the florist tried but no one home. They lied! They went to the wrong house. I paid extra for delivery within 4 hrs, and they didn't get redelivered until late that evening. They don't refund anything for the wasted delivery fees. Very disappointing!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
