What was shipped looked nothing like the picture that I selected. It was smaller and very different flowers - I have pictures of them. Not happy with what I ordered from you for my daughter's birthday...over priced for what she received - could have bought them at was-mart along with a basket.

It was really easy to order the flowers. The ones my husband recieved were not like the ones in the picture. I called the 800 number and the they redid his flower arrangement. They also said they would refund 30% of the purchase price to my card.
Once I see how my husband likes this bunch, I may order for our Anniversary.

The delivery was on time. It was a great experience.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
