The 'handling fee' was ridiculous and unexpected until I was ready to checkout. I wanted to bless someone who lost a loved one and because I so desperately wanted to send something I went ahead and paid the unexpected $14.99. That is HALF of what I paid for the flowers and it's false advertising, because it wasn't shown until the VERY LAST step!

My girlfriend's flowers arrived early this afternoon. She called immediately to say how beautiful they were. The arrangement I chose had a lot of pinks in them. As her favorite color is pink. Also, they were sent because she had just lost her little female yorkie. There really weren't very much pink in them at all; more like a coral color. Not what I thought I was sending, but she really appreciated them, so that's what matters.
Sent an orchid arrangement to my mother-in-law and she loved it. Well-priced, delivered on time and the arrangement was beautiful.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
