I paid for the flowers to be delivered on yesterday. The flowers were delivered the next today. I also wanted the bouquet to be in colors closer to the one that was chosen, not white integrated into it. All in all, she was pleased to receive flowers.

I ordered same day delivery service but it was not able to be delivered on 4/7/19 because it was Sunday (that's explanation I got). That clause is not listed in your website.

I am very displeased with the business I have been provided with Flowers From You, I have used Flowers From You multiple times and never have had a issue like this, I will no longer continue to do business with you guys and give you my money. First of all, I paid an addition $2.99 for my delivery to arrive April 8th which it didn't and STILL has not been delivered. You guys wanted to refund me $3 and some change for delivery cost because of the mess up and sent me a $10 gift card (that I will never use because you guys suck as a company.) I called 4 separate times and out of the multiple people i spoke to only ONE had great customer service. The others were rude and did not care, especially the last lady.
Today is 4/9- I called around 11:30 because 1) I never received a order number and when i did, YOUR system said it did not exist. 2) You guys had both of my first and last name spelled incorrect and still til this day its incorrect! 3.) YOU GUYS HAD THE INCORRECT EMAIL! The lady I spoke to today around 11:30 made sure to correct my email and advised me it would be there within a hour or two.
It is now 4:51 and there was no delivery! I am pissed and displeased 100% with the way business was done, I have called 4 times and i have been on hold for 40 minutes and 20 minutes on a different number. I am requesting/demanding for a FULL REFUND of $54.09, my flowers still need to be delivered and I will be getting $54.09 back. I am going to blow you guys up with bad reviews, you have pissed off the wrong customer. I am reporting you to BBB and slandering From You Flowers. 0 stars, worst company ever.

Since I delayed delivery by one day, I thought the fruit would have been delivered by mid morning instead of mid afternoon. However the joy I heard expressed from my friend just wiped that out. He described what was in the basket and was very happy. I was happy too; he sent a photo of the basket, with the purple flowers and fruit. It was very nice. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
