2nd time I have ordered from this site. The quality of the products I sent previously were good for the money I spent.
The only thing that would have been better is if when you confirm the order you could view the arrangement one more time. Rosie was extremely helpful with the customer service center. Also the reason for a 4 rating on what I received was that it certainly wasn't as pretty as the picture but it was still nice.
Delivery took place at 6.54 PM. This is after a 4 hour gty. So my flowers arrived late. After the gty. We had left for dinner and did not get them until after 10: PM. This is unacceptable.
