The only thing that I noticed that this company could improve upon would be to let the costumer know when the order is being delivered. The window is from 9am to 6pm. That's a long time to know whether or not you can leave your house. If someone orders chocolates, like I did, we don't want them to melt outside.

The plant was much smaller than anticipated and for the price of a deluxe, I thought it would have been larger. Also, when you check on arrival time through the website it should be more details other than just a line letting you know nothing, and that it's out for delivery. Also I called to check on delivery and that was absolutely no help, just another automated system indicating that it's out for delivery. Then I called and spoke with an operator who had me on hold for quite some time to tell me the exact same thing. Lastly, the app is misleading the mark down price make it seems as if you are going to receive the discount after the price originally shown. However, not knowing that to find out that it was the actually price when you checked out :(

Your descriptions of "deluxe" or upgraded are deceiving. Delivery is very pricey.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
