But the flower size of the arrangement was a bit small. We asked a few of our family members how much they paid for their flowers that were fuller... Let's just say not as much.Thank you it was very easy! Especially in a sad time like this.

This was my first time ordering. I made two separate orders, one online for weekend delivery (for my mom) and one over the phone for next day service (for my sister out of state). The order for next day was never delivered... first they assure you that a local florist (which they dont tell you exactly who) will deliver and call you. Never happened!
They keep asking how did you find us? (Wish i didn't) then when you call for help they keep saying between 9am -6pm (i asked if i could have it by 1pm somebody would be home) Never happened... i waited until 1pm... 5pm... 6pm! Darn it i said maybe they forgot! I got no call no apology until i called the next day and furiously emailed for a full refund of not only on but BOTH orders! I never want to deal with them ever again... your customer service really stinks! Thanks for ruining a perfectly beautiful gift!
Oh and by the way online you can check status of the order and it still says waiting to confirm delivery lol what a rip off and a joke
Then called back today to confirm both cancelled and ask why first order was never delivered. I was told they attempted three times ( where?) my husband was home all morning and when he left then I was home. Even still I told them call me if any issues! Never called my phone once! What story were they telling? C'mon now!
It's hard for me to assess the quality, as this was sent to a hospital in a different state.
I thought it was free delivery if it was within 15 miles from the florist. I ordered the purple passion with the
Purple vase, vase was clear, with a few purple flowers pink and white, mostly over kill with the greenery.
Purple is Kay,s favorite color. The delivery was the only thing I was not disappointed with.

Overall, fine experience. The arrangement was not as pictured, though. Arrived on time.
I upgraded to a premium arrangement and the recipient's pic to me shows a few upgraded roses and the rest of arrangement looks like a smaller version. Pretty but not what I expected when I ordered based on the photo. I wanted a fuller arrangement, thus I upgraded twice to premium. Even the smallest version is a full arrangement. I do not think I'll be using you again but instead, one of my recipient's local florists.
Overall my experience was positive. However when the recipient got the flowers they did not look nearly as robust as the photo.
I like the options and low price.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
