Didn't know about the fee for antoday delivery and also it wasn't clear up front about the 14.99 fee only to find out that there is a code for it. Why can't it be clear and upfront before going through the process. The flower bouquet did not look like it was made professionally or with care. Rough looking.
I recently stayed with my Aunt and Cousin-In-Law in Florida with my brother and as a Thank you I sent a gift of flowers. They both loved the flowers and sent me a photo too. The flowers were packed well and were fresh and vibrant. The quality and service is excellent.

They made good on a late delivery, so overall I'm satisfied; however I would have preferred an on-date delivery the first time.

When I rechecked the order submitted I realized I indicated delivery date as 4/11 I called & spoke to a representative who said she would change the date so flowers would be delivered 4/12-they weren't my daughter received them 4/11

I received an e-mail saying the flowers were delivered and they had NOT been. You show one price after all is said and done $77+ dollars I will never order from this company again FTD is much cheaper and delivery is what they say it is.

Box was smaller than expected and candy was all wrapped up inside of box instead of like it showed on the picture... If I had known it was going look like this, I would have saved myself $50+ and sent the items myself priority mail.
I assumed since it was being delivered that it would look like a candy "bouquet" like the picture advertised?
Needless to say, that is not how it arrived :( so I'm a little disappointed, and feel like I was kind of ripped off.
Experience was easy and satisfying. Delivery was prompt, but extra fee was charged for same day delivery when it was slated for the next day.
First time I have ordered from fromyouflowers. I sent it to my sister in the hospital in another state.
She was very happy with snack basket, but I did not see it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
