I ordered this arrangement for a funeral of a family member that recently passed as I was not able to attend the services. I paid for the upgrade from Regular size to Deluxe size (1 size up). When the arrangement arrived I received a Thank You text with the picture of the arrangement BUT it didn't look anything like the picture.
The website says Includes:
Pink Lilies* substituted for Bright Pink Roses
Green Gladiolus* substituted for Bright Purple Gladiolus
It looked like a birthday or mothers day arrangement, not suitable for a funeral. AND the size of it looked like the Regular size not the upgraded Deluxe size. Pretty arrangement but not what I ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
