Hi, I did not receive the flowers that I ordered. I received something much less than the picture of the flowers I ordered. The picture had 24+ red roses. I only got 12 roses with a mix of some white flowers mixed in. I wanted pure red roses only with no white flowers. This is a complete disappointment. Someone needs to contact me to reconcile this please! *******638. I am so disgusted! This was my anniversary gift to my wife!

I placed 2 orders, of the exact same arrangements to be sent to the same residence, for 2 different people; the only difference was in the balloons (one order for 2 mylar balloons, & the other order for 2 yellow balloons). The arrangements were delivered by two different florists, several hours apart! They ended up looking a bit different--one had more yellow daisies & the other more yellow roses. Since the recipients are twins, I try to keep things equal (since I'm a grandma).
I wish I could have placed both orders at the same time, but I didn't see that as an option--thus the result of two different florists.
Love the discount and ease of ordering. Everything was great with your company including your customer service. How ever I did not like the arrangement because it did not look like the picture in your website. I ordered premium the arrangement didn't even look like the regular. So I was disappointed. I was given a 15% refund for the inconvenience but I wanted the flowers to look like the picture not the discount. Anyway good service but I won't be ordering again from you.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
