Fromyouflowers.com went above and beyond guaranteeing my order was delivered...I did not have the correct house number so the delivery was made to the wrong house (my fault). They called to make certain the recipient received the bouquet double checking the delivery address.
When told it was incorrect they quickly corrected and delivered the flowers!

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter in the US and placed an order.
The PR said that they would email my daughter when delivery had taken place though not before they had delivered. They emailed me instead confirming delivery had taken place.
I checked with my daughter after the delivery date and no they had not been delivered.
They lied about this and then making matters worse by stating that they had no access to the building and the contact details did were not able to be used.
This also is not true.
I emailed them again and asked for a refund.
I do not like being lied to and I do wonder how many people just walk away not knowing that the flowers they paid for have not been delivered.
Then 15 emails repeating that they had refunded my payment and if I ever needed flowers again they would be pleased to deliver them. I had the same situation with a different florist but the difference was they were very apologetic and bent over backwards to put things right.
One other issue, they do not tell the customer until the order has been made and that there is an almost $15 service charge so flowers look reasonable but end up being a lot more. Many complaints about this on Google
No apology just defensive and very bad experience.

I called immediately to correct the recipeants name and even followed up with second call and it was still wrong
Delivery by drivers needs to be more punctual. They were almost an hour later. 8-5 delivery. They showed at 5:55.
The person we sent the flowers to reported that they are beautiful. I am hoping that we receive a picture from her.
Everything went as expected. The arrangement was nice, of course I was expecting a bit more for the amount paid, but it was a nice bouquet.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
