Sorry for my initial 2-star (I was a bit frustrated!) I find it was MY fault regarding the free shipping - it DID show up but I decided a monthly charge would not suit my circumstances. I am VERY happy with both the ONTIME deliveries and the quality of the flowers! ALL of us are happy! :)
The flowers did not even look like the ones I ordered. The flowers were half dead. Was not satisfied with my order. May not order from you again.
Some information was not provided to me until check-out. Extra charge for vase. Did not know there was a handling charge of 14.99 until at time of checkout. Really not getting a discount on flowers. I hope you are using a local florist so the flowers will be delivered and not shipped in a box. This was a gift, My niece liked the flowers very much. She did not mind that they were shipped, instead of delivered by a local florist.
I thought I would get free shipping on both of my two orders, but did not on second order as well as a hefty handling fee
Don't really match the pictures. Was supposed to have a pink vase but didn't get it. Smaller that they appear on line
The order was just barely received on the date I was told it would be delivered and then only because of several phone calls made to me. Originally the order was supposed to be delivered on April 21st but I was informed it would have to be April 19th due to local flower shop being closed on 21st. The shop closed early on the 19th (Good Friday). The shop called me later that day to confirm someone would be home that evening and delivery was made about 7 PM. The last time I made an order it was delivered by Fedex but not this time.
I am pleased with the quality of the product and the service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
