I was advised as an employee with the State of AZ that we would receive a discount for this service because of our email address. I signed up and was also sent an email saying I could take $10 off my next purchase. Turns out I can only use one discount, which is disappointing, since the delivery charges added $15 to the cost. I did it this time, but unless mom loves her flowers, not sure about a repeat.
My parents loved the flowers. I did not see them, so am not sure if they matched the price. In the future, I would like to know the real price up front.
I can't respond accurately to how likely am I to recommend or buy fr you again until I see how the delivery goes & I ask the recipient about the quality of the gift. But I am optimistic!

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday and they were delivered promptly and on time the very next day. The quality of the flowers was fantastic and the bouquet looked just as expected. Will order from them again!
These flowers were sent as a gift. Delivered on time. Recipient was pleased, said they were buds and opened beautifully the next morning.
I purchased flowers for a family funeral and what they sent was subpar. I called and spoke to someone whose accent was so strong I could barely understand what she said. I thought she said I would receive a 20% refund to my card... or at least that's what I repeated to her on the phone. However, after I sent photos in an email requesting a partial refund, they apologized, explained in so many words that I should' chosen the deluxe bouquet and gave me a $15 gift card as if I would order from them again. Don't waste your money on this place. The advertised price looks good but then you'll pay a handling fee that will bring the price back up about $15-20 and the quality will be poor.

I've ordered from From You Flowers many times and have always been satisfied with the the quality of service and the product. However, I was dismayed by the difference between the price of the product when I began placing the order and the price of the product when I was ready to purchase it. I saw a photo of a flower arrangement for $31.99, but by the time I purchased the arrangement, with all of the additional fees and tax, the actual price at check out was more than double the original $31.99 first quoted. It would be a lot more honest to include the handling and delivery fees up front than to spring them on the customer at the end. When I saw the cost had more than doubled I almost cancelled the order, but didn't because I didn't want to take the time to order from another company. I would appreciate more transparency about the price up front. It's a more honest way of doing business.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
