I tried to go back and order the larger version but it wouldn't let me.
The arrangement seemed sparse and I paid for a banner. I got a bow with someone's free hand in it. Overall it didn't WOW me.
I ordered a bouquet with primarily red and pink roses and large pinkish purple lilies. I received a bouquet with small pale already wilting roses tiny white lilies and a whole bunch of carnations. Also there wasn't an option to not get a card so I left the message line blank when ordering. On the card that arrived they had written "No Message Chosen". Very underwhelming experience.

Easy website. Decent base prices but then they get you with not just a delivery fee but a $15 'handling' fee. How is that different and why so much?
The flowers that were delivered were pretty but NOTHING like what I ordered. My bouquet was supposed to be comprised of mainly purple roses. What I got instead were a few red roses mixed in with mostly lilies and carnations. If I wanted lilies and carnations I could've paid a cheaper price. I also specifically got a purple bouquet because that's the favorite color of the person I sent them to and the bouquet was not purple at all. I realize the website said 'substitutions as needed' but I didn't think the entire bouquet would be changed. What's the point of even selecting a pictured bouquet then? I could've just paid a standard price for anything they wanted to put together. Makes no sense.
Shipping delivery time way to late at night. Driver never rings doorbell so package was out in rain all night. I wasted my money. Will not buy from you again

My order was a sympathy delivery for Friday. I got an email saying it was delivered and it wasn't. I called and your company said it would be delivered Sat. It was not. It arrived Sunday and I got a refund of 1/3 the price. I am very unhappy with your customer service and felt you should have followed up with me and/or given me a full refund. Not sure I will use your company again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
