Last time I ordered the flowers were not delivered. I'm assuming because of a bad storm. However I was not notified and had to find out for myself. My credit card was also not credited at the time so I also assumed I would have never got a credit had I not called about the missing flowers. I have ordered before and have always been very satisfied. Perhaps an oversight? Hope there's not another one...After the last order that went afoul everything went smoothly. It will take a few more orders untill they build my trust enough for me to refer them to a friend.
I was used to you all using local florists. I was confused when I got a text telling me that the flowers were coming via UPS. I did not know that my mother would have to arrange the flowers herself. I will probably just call a local florist in the future.

I was going to order Easter baskets for my grandsons from Scamazon and just as I was about to click "Place order" they informed me that the baskets would not be available for delivery by Easter. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
