My overall experience was positive. There are a lot of options available (nice selection). This order was for my mother for her birthday. I was talking to her on the phone when her order arrived. She said the arrangement was beautiful and she was very pleased. She said the individual who delivered her flowers was very nice as well.

It was very easy to place my order, however, I paid extra to have the same day delivery, which was stated 4 hrs. Delivery time! I placed my order before 9 AM and it was not delivered until after my daughter in law left work at 3:15 so you pay extra to have it delivered in 4hrs. & it was not there! When I called the company they were first going to give me A gift card so I would have to order again in order to use it! After arguing with them they finally refunded 1/2 of my money (only 1/2 the flower amount not the total) and promised to resend a new bouquet of flowers the next morning which they never did! I will find a new place to order flowers and you should too! Buyer beware!
Smooth and easy transaction
They misspelled what I wrote on the card. I received delivery noticed and they did not get delivered until 30 minutes after I received the notice.
I had to place a simple order at 3-4 times before it would even show up with the correct promo. I am not even sure I received the chocolate or correct upgrade.

Fast shipping flowers as described
Did not get what I ordered. Flowers did not look like the picture I picked out. More flowers in picture. Ribbon was not festive like the picture. More for a funeral. Purple and gold. I was expecting a nice small balloon and I got the helium fill balloon. This was for an older person. And i was not satisfied.

This is my response after seeing the flower arrangement: Where was the blue? The pictures on the internet showed blue flowers mixed in with predominately white ones. The finished arrangement was all white.

Very easy and I felt like my information was safe
First of all I paid extra for same day shipping and expedited shipping so flowers would be delivered before noon. That was not done and no one told me it wouldn't be done they wouldv'e just taken my money but I was watching with my order number and complained so they said they will reimburse that fee. Then my mother gets her flowers and I go to visit her and it is nothing like the photo! No ribbon around vase, plain as ever, one lily is about dead, Rose's are all so open they may last two days. The whole bouquet will be dead in 2 days and their idea of fixing it is my expedite fee back and 20% off the product not even the order itself. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Rip off!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
