I oder flowers on 5/10. Flowers where supposed to be delivered on 5/*******@2pm. My mom never received her flowers. I spoke to 4 different people and I got hung up on with the third person I was speaking to. The 4th person told me that I will have my flowers delivered today. Never received anything. Sunday comes spoke to someone in the am. She told me for sure you will have your flowers delivered. Sunday was done and over with. Monday comes I call and the lady said mama I apologize but you will get your flowers today. I told her F@#K NO! IM FIT UP WITH THIS PLACE. REFUND ME ALL MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS TERRIBLE PLACE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.
I placed an order but was not delivered the day it need to get there. Called customer service and they say they can not do anything about it. I would never use this site again.
Quick and easy selection and order placement
Horrible. Never delivered Mother's Day flowers. Had to make 3 calls and one email to resolve the issue. After 2.5 hours on the phone, they agreed to send them two days late and credit me back $4.25. Seriously?

I was disappointed when they never showed up.
The representative that I spoke with offered me a 30% discount on a new order that would be sent 2 days after the occasion. That was the best he could offer me.
I would NOT recommend this company for anyone wanting dependability.
My complete order was almost $200. And the "Premium Package" flowers I ordered for my Mom wound up being just the "Regular Package" or "Deluxe Package" at best.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on 5/8/19 and was promised delivery by 5/11/19 (Mother's Day is on 5/12/19). It is 5/13/19 and my mom never received her flowers.
I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law on 5/9/19 and requested a deliver of 5/11/19. As of 9:58 a.m. Monday, May 13,2019, there has been no delivery. When I checked the order status it claims that the flowers were delivered. No, they were not! It is impossible to get thorough to them on the phone. On Monday they still have the Mother's Day message. I would like a refund of my $50.00. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I feel that I was scammed.
So disappointed in from you flowers. I ordered a week in advance to get flowers for my mother who lives out of state for mothers day and trusted this company with that task. I put that they could deliver the flowers on the Saturday before mothers day or on mother's day. Friday night I checked the status and it said it was still being delivered Saturday or Sunday. Then On Saturday I checked the status and it changed to being delivered after mothers day on Monday. Frustrated I called the company, which I was told to call back on Sunday if they weren't delivered! I'm excuse me?!?! No! They should have been dekivered on Sunday at the latest like I agreed to! Sunday came and went, no flowers. They offered 20% back (woopdido, pathetic), but I'm so frustrated with the company. My mother had no mother's day gifts due to the incompetence of this company. If I would have knows the day I purchased the flowers and not the satutday before that they would not be delivered on time, I would have gone to a different company. This company is dishonest and a horrible company.
Ordered online on the 10th for Mother's day delivery. Scheduled for between 9am and 6pm. It is past 8pm and no flowers.$14.99 handling fee, plus $5.99 as weekend delivery fee, and no flowers.

I'm terribly upset and disappointed that for Mother's Day this year my mom received WARM MELTED CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES. I will not order from "From You Flowers" again and I advise you go somewhere else to place your gift orders.

I chose to use this site for my mom's Mother's Day bouquet mainly because I'd been getting emails from them reminding me I had a $14 credit (I guess from a previous purchase), even though they're not a famous name and I wasn't expecting much in the way of customer service. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did they have the perfect thing in stock and easily found with brief browsing, but I was pleased by the price and that I had no problem scheduling the delivery for today (I always have the bouquet delivered the day BEFORE Mother's Day - avoids the rush and that way Mom has all day to enjoy her flowers. The icing on the cake? Turned out Mom was going to be out all day, and I was panicking, unsure what would happen if there was no one there to take delivery. Stuffing down my phonophobia, I called, explained my worry, and though at first I was just given the same time estimation I got on the web site, once she understood the representative offered to put in the instructions an order to leave the item on the porch if no one answers. I gratefully accepted, and she seemed pleased to have a happy customer (things are probably crazy this time of year). When Mom got home, the flowers were waiting for her, and she pronounced them beautiful and smelling wonderful. Overall, great experience, plan to be a returning customer for all my flower needs. Thank you.

Ziplock bag of rocks wasn't closed (no, I dont mean not closed all the way... completely open). Tiny little rocks went EVERYWHERE!
Card was printed on a piece of copy paper that was a misprinted label. In other words scrap paper.
Other than the use and not closing ziplock baggies it was packaged very well.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
