Very easy and I felt like my information was safe
First of all I paid extra for same day shipping and expedited shipping so flowers would be delivered before noon. That was not done and no one told me it wouldn't be done they wouldv'e just taken my money but I was watching with my order number and complained so they said they will reimburse that fee. Then my mother gets her flowers and I go to visit her and it is nothing like the photo! No ribbon around vase, plain as ever, one lily is about dead, Rose's are all so open they may last two days. The whole bouquet will be dead in 2 days and their idea of fixing it is my expedite fee back and 20% off the product not even the order itself. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Rip off!

Although the bouquet was okay it was nothing at all like what I ordered. It took me so long to pick out what I wanted and I was not impressed with what was received. I understand sometimes substitutes are needed to be used but this was nothing at all like what I chose. I was a bit disappointed. Not sure if I will ever use a flower delivery site again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
