The order should be delivered on May 19th but it was delivered on the 18th. Since it was an anniversary it was important that the delivery were on the 19th.
When I shopped you didnt tell me that you couldnt delivery on the 19th.

I liked the options and showing me when to order to ensure delivery, but did not like that I didn't see the handling service fee until the very end. Unfortunately, my order was not delivered same-day as I paid for, however when I contacted customer service they responded promptly and refunded the same-day fee I had paid. They also proceeded to send my friend two bouquets, instead of one to compensate for the later delivery.
The $39.99 minimum was not appreciated. The design I choose was not honored. I choose something with bright yellow and oranges The delivered bouquet had too much filler and pink & purple with NO orange.
I sent this beautiful floral arrangement to NY. I chose the arrangement because of its soft beautiful colors. I received notice that it was received. I assume it was as beautiful upon receipt as it was in the photo. I like that I received notice of it being delivered. DG/California

Over all i love the service
It was advertised as "same day delivery". It was also posted that deliveries would be made between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. At 6:00pm they were still not delivered. When I called to find out why I was told "they tried to deliver them at 12::00 noon but there was no one there. This was to be delivered to a surgery center. There is always someone there until 6:00pm Monday through Friday. The person on the phone put me on hold to call to check on if they were still going to deliver. He came back and said they were leaving then to deliver. BULL SH*T! Total lies. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LYING COMPANY! I hate when a company shows false advertisement to get customers to use them. My google search showed your site offered free delivery. I picked out an arrangement to be delivered and then get charged $2.99 for same day delivery. Then on the total charges page there's a charge for $14.99 for a service handling fee. So not only false advertisement but total misleading as well. Only follow up with me if you want to credit me those charges. Otherwise don't bother.

I picked a lovely arrangement online in a certain price point. The arrangement that was delivered looks nothing like what I picked out. Why bother having choices to pick from if they aren't even going to be close?
Luckily the person I ordered them for had no idea what they should look like and she did like the arrangement.
